Time to turn the tables

John glared at Heather. Whatever was going on, it made him feel powerful - or maybe he just had a better idea of Heather's weakness.

"If I felt like prostituting myself, I'd be living in a much nicer place than this" he said coldly.

Heather's cocky grin slipped just an instant.

"And while your mother might be able to afford me, I doubt you could"

Heather's composure slipped entirely. "Now hang on-"

"No. You hang on." John took a step towards her, raising his voice just enough to remind her he could. " You've acted a total ass, coming in here, insulting me, acting as if I've never heard of tenant's rights. Trying to extort sex. What if you'd succeeded in intimidating me and I'd gone along?"

Heather looked at John uncomprehendingly and he took another step towards her, so he was definitely in her space now. "What if I'd gone along for months, telling myself all the while you were **** me? What if I made sure to document lots of evidence before I reached out to anyone for help?"

"No!" Heather cried, her voice breaking, "That's not what I-"

John held up a hand to quiet her, and she actually stopped.

"As it happens, I have sex for one reason only - when I'm attracted to the person" he said. His eyes travelled over Heather's body, the curves there evident despite her bulky clothing. "Now in your case, I'm a bit torn. Objectively you're quite attractive. But you've also acted completely uncouth. So there are two ways this can go."

John held up a finger. "One - you take my advice, one top to another, that you're coming on too strong. Someone with a **** fantasy would have melted at that speech, but you also blurred the lines too much to stay safe yourself. You thank me for the feedback and go find someone who likes to be dominated before you try again"

Heather swallowed as John held up a second finger and sauntered to stand behind her. "Two - you apologise, one horny person to another, for acting like a selfish little girl, and I take my time punishing you."
