Chapter 6

We zoomed down the freeway toward Big Splash in my shiny new Civic Sport. Everyone was mostly silent the whole way there, with the radio playing the popular local variety station. I wasn't sure if Kayla had talked about the possible plan with the girls yet. It made me a little uncomfortable not knowing, but I couldn't ask in front of them in case she hadn't talked to them yet. I guess the only thing I could do is try to just be cool and hope they got even more comfortable around me while at the park.

When we arrived, we checked in with our passes, got our wristbands, and split to the locker rooms to change. I left on my white t-shirt and put on my deep green shorts with single black and white bands around the bottom.

I waited for a minute outside the changing rooms as the rays of midday sunlight rained down beautifully. The girls emerged from the changing rooms all in one-piece bathing suits. Kayla wore her usual rose-pink with white stripes suit that dipped a little between the breasts. Molly wore a suit with white straps and chest portion that fell into a loose navy miniskirt– the most modest of the three. Loren's was a black one piece but was the most revealing because her midriff was not quite fully covered side to side by a a mesh like design. A similar style appeared mid-breast and up.

"Shall we splash?" I asked.

"I'm ready." Kayla proclaimed. But the other two were a bit slow to respond.

I noticed a slight slump in the shoulders of both, and Molly had even already wrapped herself in her towel. An idea they seemed pretty happy about earlier now seemed to be making them anxious. So I decided to set things straight. "Okay, listen up. We're here at a water park. You all look great in your swimsuits, and that's normal. Some guys are gonna look at you, and some aren't. That's just they way water parks are. You can make eye contact, or you can ignore them all together. But we're here to have fun, and that other stuff is irrelevant to you if you want it to be irrelevant. So let's wander about, and just focus on getting some thrills and also on getting soaked. Huh? How about it?"

Loren and Molly processed it for a bit, then finally straightened up, and we all set off.

The girls liked the tube slides more, and I liked body slides more, so we did a fair share of both. One tube slide was significantly longer than the others, and allowed double tubes. Kayla practically begged to go three times. The second time, she turned herself over and amazed me by starting to stroke the front of my shorts. That one ended too soon, and we spent a while in the water after that one, to the confusion of Molly and Loren. The third time, we switched and I teased the inside of her thighs long enough that she **** my hands into the middle to massage her through her swimsuit. She was clearly very wet after that, and we made out pretty vigorously while we waited for the girls to come down next.

After several hours at the water park, we grabbed some ice cream, said hi to Emma, and left. In the changing rooms, my phone reminded me that I needed to stop by the mall and pick up a few things for tomorrow's basketball tournament at the gym. So we stopped by the mall with wet hair, and the three girls went off to do a little shopping of their own. They said to meet back by the entrance in an hour, but it was more like and hour and twenty minutes when they finally returned with a few bags of their own.

I just shook my head teasingly. Kayla hardly noticed, Loren stuck out her tongue, and Molly blushed. But that was that. Overall, I thought the day had gone well, and that Molly and Loren seemed pretty comfortable around me now.

"Should we get some food before heading back?" I asked. They seemed up for it, so I walked them to the food court and we sat down to eat before we could finally go home.

While we sat and ate, Kayla decided to give me the eyes from across the table. I remembered what she'd said earlier, gulped the bite I was chewing on, almost choked on it, but then smiled back.
