Anita has another idea

"I have a thought," Anita said. "Instead of Truth or Dare, let's play Secrets."

"What's that?" Sam and Eric asked together.

"It's when you go around the room, and everyone tells one secret that they've never told anyone else. It's a little faster than Truth or Dare and this way everyone gets involved. Sound good?"

General approval was heard around the room. "You go first, your idea," said Allison.

"Fair enough. Hmm, let me think of something... Okay, I've got one. When I was growing up, my best friend was this girl named Sarah. Anyway, we were sleeping over at her place once, when we were around sixteen, and we started talking about boys and stuff. I had never kissed a boy before, and I asked her what it was like, and she said she'd show me. So she kissed me."

"How did she kiss you?" Jo asked with a smirk.

"Are you volunteering to find out?" Anita shot back, but she couldn't suppress a giggle. "She showed me exactly how to do it. Like this." Anita stood up, and reached down to Suki, who was sitting next to her. "Can I borrow you for a moment?"

Suki's eyes went wide. "Um... you wish to... kiss me?"

Light laughter went around the room.

"No, no, I just want to show the girls what we did! It's okay, you don't have to. Sam? How about you?"

Sam shrugged and stood up with her. She was at least six inches taller than Anita. Suki looked relieved, but also strangely disappointed.

"So she stood me up - we were about the same height -" Anita paused and pulled over a low stool to stand on, bringing her level with Sam - "and she put my hands on her hips like this -" she placed Sam's hands on her hips - "and then she put her arms around me like this, and leaned in close... closed her eyes... and -"

Sam leaned forward suddenly and touched her lips to Anita's, causing her to almost stumble off the stool.

"Like that?" she asked with a grin.

"Um... yeah," said Anita, taken completely by surprise. "I mean, no. We actually kissed for a lot longer than that. I pulled away just when she was about to slip me the tongue."

"Like this?" Sam asked. Anita jumped backwards off the stool and landed in Cathy's lap as the room burst into uncontrollable laughter. After a moment, Anita joined right in.

Once they calmed down, Jo asked, "So, did you like it?"

"You know, I did," Anita said. "We never did it again, but sometimes I wished we had. Anyway, that's my secret, who's next?"
