meeting the demon

As I stormed out of the room I start to think ‘if I am his sister and the rumors are true that he is the queen’s son that would mean uff” I just bumped into something and saw amber in front of me saying “sorry, sorry”

“Oh, there is no need to be sorry it was my fault,” I said to Amber as she got up off the ground and started to quickly walk off but then I remembered how good she was during the combat simulation and wonder if maybe she could help me. so I quickly shot up and placed my hand on her shoulder and asked: “can I ask you something?”

“sure…you can,” she says with a strange worry in her voice.

“you were amazing during the combat simulation and I was wondering if maybe you could teach me some things,” I asked Amber this only seemed to make her worry grow as she started to bite her lip.

She took a long sorrowful sigh before saying “sorry I cannot cause I honestly don’t know what I do when I fight. It is like something else takes over me and all it wants is to kill and ****.”

“Sorry didn’t mean to bring back any bad memories,” I say to apologies

“bad memories… you don’t know the half of it. imagine waking up covered with the blood of victims you killed. Imagine having to chain yourself to the bed to not kill in your sleep” she says before walking off as the bell rings.
