Warmup

The first thing Anna did, was stretch her limbs to prepare for the tenuous workout ahead. She blushed at the thought of someone seeing her bending over, and stretching in her form-hugging boy-shorts and sports bra. She hurried her stretches along as quickly as possible, and paced over towards the treadmill. A few button presses had Anna beginning on a light jog for just a few minutes. After her warm-up jog and stretches, Anna looked out towards the weight machines, ready to start the bulk of her workout.

A half hour later, Anna had pushed through her workout with the utmost resolve, and felt a great sense of accomplishment. The drops of sweat rolled down her bare midriff like rain on a window, and she wiped her forehead with a towel from a nearby rack. She was ready to begin her cool down exercise: twenty minutes of biking on the standstill cycle. Anna took a look around the room, and smiled. “Still nobody after all this time? Must be my lucky day.” She thought to herself as she hopped atop the nearest cycle. After just a few seconds of fiddling with her phone to play a YouTube video, and drinking a long sip from her cup of water, Anna began her last exercise of the day. The interesting video in front of her covered recent news about a typhoon in the Pacific, as well as political news regarding the upcoming elections. She listened intently, and continued biking methodically.
