Friendly Advice from Thorn

Now joined by Thorn, the two of you make your way back to the apartment building.

"Do you need some help?" Thorn inquired, you having just tripped in your heels for the unteempth time. You just nod, letting her grab hold of your hand and pull you up. Heels are a lot harder to walk in than they look to be. "I get that this is your first time walking in those and you're trying to walk like a princess. but maybe you should try to least learn how to walk in heels first?"

You nod, kind of embarassed in that regard. Thorn has a pretty good point. Especially after you fall a couple more times. After, you make an effort to just walk normally. Which brings you to kind of an honest question.

"Have you ever thought about taking those lessons and becoming a princess yourself?" you ask, Thorn looking away.

"What? And give myself up to some man?" she muttered, cheeks quite pink. For the moment, maybe it's best to leave the subject alone. Or at least until you have an answer that's able to contend with that. Especially as you head for the elevator. Though, there's still the matter of walking in heels. Maybe some time on the treadmill would help.
