End of the Month

The end of the first month came quickly, as Damien’s time in charge was only a little over a week. During that week, the house was mostly renovated for business use. There were 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a small kitchen, a living area, and multiple closets.

All in all, the house was around 1300 square feet with a small backyard. All of the flooring had been replaced with a white faux marble sheet vinyl, a full size bed was placed in each bedroom, complete with dressers found at garage sales, a small kitchen set plus utensils for cooking, and appliances for every day use.

There was also a replacement couch for the hobo cum dump that Damien had forced upon Mitch, and a 55” tv. All in all, not terrible for $6000.

Earnings for the last week were around $2000, which told Damien that until his business improved he could expect anywhere between six to 10 grand in sales per month going forward.

Considering that only a small percentage of that was profit, Damien considered it untenable. Improvements needed to be made to become a profitable business.

There was no helping it though. He had Eddie send HQ the full amount due.

Since his acquisition of beds and bedding in the house, Damien had regularly been fucking his Vice Principal.

In fact, nearly a solid week after he had fucked her in her office, he had been balls deep inside her daily. He was having trouble at this point believing that her husband didn’t know something was up.

Once school was over, Mrs. Mason would meet Damien at the house, Eddie would retire to his own room, and Damien would fuck her relentlessly. He had lost count as to how many loads he had deposited in her cheating cunt and still, she seemed to never get enough.
