Robbed and Stripped

Zelda’s eyes fluttered open, and afternoon sunlight filled her eyelids. She looked up and down the beach, her head groggy and aching as if she had spent an entire night drinking at the bar in Gerudo Town. Zelda moaned, and rubbed her head. “What happened...” She thought to herself as she regained consciousness. She had a foggy memory of chasing Link down the beach and then a sharp pain in her leg, but not much afterwards. She sat up, feeling sand all along the left side of her body.

Her head, hair, arms, chest, and legs all had sand caked upon them. She looked down at herself, and the sand caked on her bare body. “Great, now I’ve got sand all over me...” Zelda thought with a pout. She suddenly became wide eyed, and rubbed her eyes to see if it was real. “Am I dreaming?” Zelda immediately thought. She ran her fingers along the sides of her bare hips, and ran a hand along her chest trying to feel for some cloth. She gulped and looked down at herself again.

Zelda’s eyes were met with the disheartening sight of her own bare body. She shrieked, and brought her knees up to her chest to cover herself. “Where is my dress?” Zelda thought as panic gripped her. The only place Zelda had ever spent any time in the nude was the baths or her dressing area, but even then she still felt embarrassed if a maid or servant walked in the room to help or inform her of something. Her predicament made her feel suddenly powerless, and scared.

“Oh gods...I don’t have anything to wear, and all of my clothes are back at Hateno Village...” Zelda thought horrifically to herself. She suddenly remembered Link had brought her to the beach in the first place. Zelda looked behind herself, where Link had last been. She found a trail of footprints to the rocks near the cliff, and called out desperately.
