Evening was coming to New York, with the blood red sun setting on the horizon and sending the last of its rays towards the mighty skyscrapers which dominated the city’s skyline.

On the large balcony of the penthouse of one of those skyscrapers, Sledge was sitting by a small, oval table, leisurely flipping through the latest copy of the New York Sun.

While the Sun was not really a proper newspaper, but more of a tabloid, this was exactly the reason why Sledge had propped on being given an issue of it. For, while the New York Times merely stated “Hollywood Starlet in scandal” on the front-page and carried an image of River at a Hollywood restaurant where she was bucking over a table with her skirt hiked up and a man behind her, both of them positioned so that there was no real nudity being shown, the Sun had an in-depth description of the scandalous acts carried out by the young starlet, backed up by pictures of her receiving one pounding of her anus after the other.

Having changed from the restrictions of his suit into the relative liberty of a black satin robe with nothing on beneath it, Sledge could feel his cock start to harden as he gave the images of his beloved teacher taking on one dick after the other a thorough examination.

Finally tossing the paper aside, Sledge leaned back in his lounge chair and pondered what to do this evening.

As a new arrival in town, he was to hold a banquet for the “finer” members of the community, which could be fun, since there were plenty of women around. Some of those would be members of Blaze’s circle of power, women who didn’t know about Sledge since he had joined the league after its first triumph over Blaze and her gang. Getting to know them intimately might be good for the league’s long-time goals of taking them down.

Secondly, he could go through the banquet on autopilot and then focus on fighting Blaze’s gang with a more “hands-on” approach. There were figures appearing in the papers, such as Superman and Batman, which might serve as a form of inspiration for that. Also, there had been an article in the Times about an up-and-coming young inventor, one Sonja Hood, who might be persuaded to help Sledge with equipment.
