Verbal commands

"What if i just tell you what to do?"

[Runner has previously stated he does not know how to manipulate the frame]

"I mean with words. You can take commands that way, can't you!?"

[Yes]

"Then, lets do that for now."

[Understood, switching to verbal command mode. What are your commands?]

"Fight!"

[Invalid command. 'Fight' is too vague. What are your commands?]

"Ok, uh...cut the first Raptor that comes too close in half."

[In which direction?]

"Decide for yourself, dammit!"

[Understood]

A Raptor swoops in with it's weapons ready to attack. Jehuty's blade swings up to meet it and cleaves it neatly in half from head to crotch. It explodes and parts fall to the ground below, which you've been too busy to notice is the surface of Mars.

"Yeah! Now shoot the next closest one until its dead!"

Jehuty's other arm raises and a series of blue energy balls launch and after seven of them make contact with the target, it falls out of the sky.

"This doesn't seem so hard!"

[Falling Raptor may cause damage to the city below]

"What? Oh, shit, there's a city under there!?"

[Affirmative]

"Go catch that Raptor!"

[Roger]

Jehuty switches on it's boosters and flies down to catch the fallen mech. You hold tight to the pilot's seat as the incredible speed threatens to launch you out the back of the cockpit. Within a second, Jehuty's hand is around the enemy mech's ankle.

"Jeez, that was close! What the hell are we doing over a city?"

[We are at war with BAHRAM for the independence of Mars.]

"But, that lady promised they'd be free after the last time."

[She was only the captain of a ship and did not have the authority to fulfill the promise.]

"I see. Well, at least i don't have to fight Anubis...do i?"

[Orbital Frame Anubis is no longer active, following it's defeat three years prior to today. I recommend you focus on the battle for now.]
