Me and my shadow

With that now out of the way, Leslie exited the alleyway. Shade followed right behind. She did make sure to keep in Leslie's shadow though. Just in case that anyone could notice her.

"Like Shade, do you have any hobbies?" Leslie inquired, her shadow looking ready to kill her. Of course someone as airheaded as her would forget to keep the existence of the succubus in her shadow a secret. While the temptation to drain just a little more from her remained, she ignored it. "Oh right. Sorry!"

She let out a chuckle.

"How did I end up with her of all people?" Shade thought, scanning the area about. If anything, she kind of wanted her beloved to get a change of clothes. But that seemed like a losing battle. Maybe if she phrased it right.

Though, they could get a meal. Maybe that would help. Of course, they didn't have a clue where they even were in the first place.
