With an internal cry of depair, John wraps her slim arms around the neck of her nemesis.

"Please..." John whispers, voice high and ****, though not for the reasons a bystander would guess. "Bastian, I..."

What does Elaine think of me? John thinks, humiliated, but he knows that it doesn't matter right now, because Elaine doesn't know that the blonde beauty plastering herself all over Bastian is in fact, her husband-to-be.

"Basti... I... need you..." John whispers, bile rising in her throat.

"Well you heard my lady," Bastian says, with a triumphant look in his eyes. John tries to disentangle herself, but Bastian pulls her close. "I'll have to catch up with you later, El."

Elaine gives you and Bastian a dubious look. "So you two are really going to..." She rolls her eyes and throws up her hands. "Well I certainly know when I'm a third wheel. But if you see John around please let him know I'm looking for him... this place is a maze and the signal is horrible."

"I definitely will," says Bastian, running a hot hand up and down your back. Possesive. Hungry.
