The actual walk to the tea house past without incident. Delia did waving to the passing Officer Jenny. Even if she felt like said woman was absolutely useless at times.
As for the exterior, the whole place had decided to go for something inspired by Sprout Tower and other buildings in Johto. Though, they could've chosen a place that wasn't near the Poke-Plush Palace. Or perhaps they were connected somehow.
