You told them the truth

Sunday after lunch you finally found the right moment to tell your mother and sister about you wanting to get surgery to try what it was like for a busty girl. As expected they were both really shocked.

"So, are you going to become a girl?" Your sister Alison asked.

"No, I'll just get my appearance changed into that of a girl. And I won't undergo a sex change. So technically I'll stay a boy." You explained.

"How long are you .... staying like that?" Your mother asked.

"Most likely till short before the end of the internship. Then I'll get another surgery and change back to my old looks."

"But surgery is really expensive. How could you pay for all that?" Your mother asked next.

"As I'm employed at the hospital at the moment, they will bear all costs on their own. I have not to pay for anything."

"That's such a huge shock." Your mother said after the thought about everything. "Two weeks ago my son got made look like a busty blond girl and now he wants to undergo surgery to become one."

"I already talked with the hospital and got an appointment next Wednesday. They'll remove the breast forms from my chest and give me 1500cc implants instead."

"1500?" Both your mother and sister were shocked to hear how big you were going.

"They also will fill my lips with fillers and make my face look rounder and more feminine. So I will look like a total different person after the surgery, which should help me with seeing how it is to be a girl, as the doctor said." You explained what you were going to do. You yourself weren't sure about getting your face changed, but Dr. Jackson, your ward physician who was going to perform the surgery, had told you to get it done. "Also my doctor had told me to tell you, that you could get surgery on the same day for a tenth of the usual price. Normally it would be half for family of employees, but as I'm a special case, you would get a much bigger discount. Also she said it would help with not being alone."
