They pitied you

Slowly you and Kelly walked to ward 4 because you couldn't go faster in your new heels at the moment. There you were greeted by not only the staff of the day shift, but also the staff of the night shift. Among them was Kyleen, who must have switched shifts and had told everyone what happened to you, because they weren't very surprised and pitied you. Only Kyleen herself didn't pity you. Instead she was a little jealous because you got to wear one of the few pink uniforms, while she only had a white one. You told her you would happily swap uniforms with her, if hers didn't had an even more revealing neckline than your dress already had. Everyone had to laugh about it, thought you didn't meant it as a joke.

The rest of the day went like last week. You helped Rin taking care of your patients, bringing them meals, asking them for their condition, giving them prescribed medicine and sorting medicine. Rin let you do everything on your own, but sometimes you wished she would help you. Your huge breast forms were more than once in the way.

One more thing had changed as you worked, beside your uniform. With your new hair style, make-up, uniform and huge breasts everyone, both stuff and patients, started to call you Alexa. At first you tried to correct them, but they kept calling you Alexa. So you gave up and accepted that you were now called Alexa at work.

5 Minutes before 4 pm the stuff for the next shift came into ward 4. Most of the women were from last weeks morning-shift. Only two women were from another shift and were there in exchange for Rin and Kyleen. They too pitied you. Only Amanda, the redhead, teased you by squeezing your breast forms from behind, which you didn't felt much of.

Finally your shift had ended and slowly you walked back to the changing room. There you changed back into your normal pants, shoes and the womanly bra and top. You checked your phone if you got a message from your mother or sister about getting picked up.
