You explain your ideal world to an inquisitive Charles, his golden eyes gleaming, with a small laugh and a nod as you finish speaking.

“So…” he says, taking a sip of his tea. “Let's start with the second part first. You want a world where every so often, a woman between the ages of 18 and 55 will 'go into heat' like a animal, and basically beg to be impregnated. Do I have that right?"

You nod your assent. He takes another sip of tea. "If that's the case I can see why you're not being greedy, it would be a lot of effort to impregnate every woman on the planet at those rates." He pauses for a minute, his face has a look of contemplation. "Alright now I don't think I fully grasp what you're wanting with the first half. Could you explain what you want by 'Female Initiative'?"

"Well.." you start off very uncertain, "You know how guys are kind of expected to woo the women in an attempt to get a girlfriend.." You pause for a second, "Actually I kinda want to keep that part. So, you know how guys are the ones that are supposed to be the ones supper interested in sex, and how they're always supposed to be the ones starting the action, while a girl interested in sex is labeled as a slut? I just want the reverse of that. When sex is supposed to happen I want the girls to be the ones initiating, while guys are the ones reluctantly pulled into a good time.” Charles nods and strokes his chin once you finish.

“Ok, I think I get it now.. So, we have a situation where a woman spontaneously gets sex-crazy for a little while; so sex-crazy in fact, that they’ll mount any guy they think could get them pregnant. All the while, the guy is, at most, reluctantly accepting the sex coming their way. Additionally everyone will treat the pregnancies along the latest trends, such as 'Wow your already in your second trimester,' and 'Tell me he is not the father',” Charles strokes his chin, and gives a low hmmm. "Now tell me this, what do guys get out of a committed relationship?" You sputter a little bit, not having an easy time with his question. "Just messing with ya kid! I'm sure it'll work itself out." Charles reaches into his pocket, and pulls out a small flip phone that looks about a decade old. "I'll give the doctor a call and you'll be on your way."

Charles relays the information to the point, and after some silence, the muffled voice says something very briefly before hanging up on their end, causing the call to drop. Charles turns his eyes to you as he closes his phone and stands up from his seat. "That's that. Now, if you'll follow me."

Getting up from your own chair, you follow the foreign gentleman through the maze of crates, occasionally passing an emotionless guard with eyes hidden behind heavy sunglasses. Your heart racing, you're still not sure what exactly to expect. How is this going to end...?

"Here we are."

Looking around, you see that you and Charles are suddenly at the end of a very long white hallway, walls painted with streaks of black. In front of you stands a large black door with curved handles of silver, standing impressively tall.

How...and when? Why are you in this hall? You were in the warehouse just moments ago...right?

"Don't think too hard, lad," Charles says with a dismissive chuckle. "All I need you to do is imagine where you want to be when you open this door. It's that simple. Could be your shitty apartment, could be the halls of your college, could be a movie theater downtown...just think of where you want to be as you start to explore and exploit the world you've created."

Well...you've already come this far. You've listened to this insane gentleman prattle on about your casual fetishism and you've ended up in a white hallway beyond all logic...so there's no point in trying to figure this out now.
