"We have currently devised a special weapon. A rocket if you will, that will guide its course to the Kaiju that is currently in San Francisco. Empress Qiyana." The slideshow changes and you see the three headed monstrosity that was currently rampaging, moaning outside, one of the heads apparently suckling one of her own massive tits. "The weapon will burrow itself into the Kaiju, and thus releasing you."

"I see your point, Miss..."

"Jensen. It's also Mrs."

"Mrs. Jensen. I do apologize, but how would shoving a rocket into a Kaiju's pussy, with me attached to it, allow me to control a Kaiju? That thing isn't a robot. It's an animal. He opens his mouth, shocked, and to protest, but is cut short.

"The rocket is equipped with a special device that will transfer a brain wave to the nearest nervous system. The problem is, the transfer also kills the host immediately, and the radiation itself is enough to reduce you to a husk, and melt you down. So we figured that it would be best to send you in."

Ryan couldn't even say anything in response to that, but it seems that Heather already prepared the answers for further questions.

"One out of 50 million people are capable of being a candidate for the device. And you were one of them. Your job after becoming the new Empress Qiyana is to steer away from land as far as possible. We will be able to guide you to a new location should a Kaiju enter a near proximity of a land via aircraft. Our current mapping system allows us to predict the precise path that each Kaiju would take, and you would be the first of a kind, Mr. Reese, to be the one controllable Kaiju that we can truly manage.
