Who called my name.
Parker
I turned around and saw Parker entering the theater. He smiled as he walked up to me. He noticed the spot of ketchup on my shirt.
"Have an accident?" He asked teasingly.
"Yeah, I uh. Ran into someone." I replied, still looking around for the elderly man. He had literally dissipated into thin air.
"That sucks." He said. "David and Rodger here already?"
"Yeah, they're already in the theater."
"Sweet, Imma head in then." He paused. "You ok?"
"Yeah." I paused. "Did you happen to see an elderly man walk out on your way in?"
"No? You good dude?"
"Yeah. I just wanted to apologize for running into him. Don't know where he went."
Parker shrugged. "Weird."
"Yeah. Hey, I'm gonna go to the bathroom to try and get some of this ketchup off. Can you take my food to our seats"
"Sure!"
I handed him my hot dog and drink and watched him walk towards the theater. I still wasn't entirely sure I wasn't hallucinating and while I did want to get the ketchup off my shirt, I needed to make sure I wasn't going crazy. Turning back towards the concession stand, I walked up to the dude who served me my hot dog.
"Excuse me?" I asked. He looked up from trying to fix the popcorn machine.
"What can I get you?" He asked.
"Did you happen to see an elderly man in here a moment ago? I accidentally bumped into him and I think he lost his wallet." I pulled my wallet from my pocket. No sense in looking completely crazy.
"No bro. I haven't seen any old people in here since the morning. You can give the wallet to the people at the ticket booth though and they can put it in lost and found."
"Ok... Thanks."
"No Prob." He went back to fixing the machine.
Totally confused, I shoved my wallet back into my pocket and walked towards the bathroom. I pushed the door open and grabbed a few paper towels. I held them under the sink for a second and began to scrub away at the spot on my shirt. After a minuet of scrubbing, I stopped and looked down in disappointment; all I had managed to do was make the spot more visible. Just my luck.
Grabbing a few more paper towels, I tried to rub it away with dry towels, which only succeeded in leaving pieces of paper scattered across the spot.
I sighed. Damn stain, I like that shirt.
With a defeated sigh, I washed my hands and tossed the paper towels in the trashcan and headed towards the theater.
Can I catch a break?

Curiosity Changes
It wasn't that I wasn't comfortable, it was that I was curious and someone decided to help.
Being the baby of my friends was be hard, from being the youngest to being the only virgin, it always feels like I was missing out. It didn't help that they liked to talk about their exploits all the time, it didn't help that I was not conventionally attractive and had no confidence and it really didn't help that I had always been curious about the other side of the gender fence. It wasn't like I wasn't comfortable, or like I had been born into the wrong body, it was just that I was curious. Running into the old man at the movie theater changed all that. Going from the baby to the babe was an experience I wouldn't trade for anything.
