Head to Yoshida's building

The car zips through the city toward the building owned by Yoshida’s yakuza. You open the sunroof and leap out of the car just as you pass by it. The suit not only adds power to your leap but it allows you to stick to the side of the building. Since you were camouflaged and and the car never slowed, you think the security cameras would register anything as amiss. Yoshida’s building was in a public part of town and lots of cars passed by it. It was frustrating that everyone knew exactly were Yoshida conducted his business but no one could lay a hand on him.

You skitter around to the front, hoping desperately that you’re not flagging any alarms. The CIA had been certain that Yoshida possessed no means of perceiving the stealth suits. Ishikawa had been caught somehow, though, which was making you worried. Hopefully it was just his own damn incompetence.

You watch the front doors until a man you are unfamiliar with enters. You follow him in, trying to maintain the optimal distance. You don’t want to accidentally bump into him and you certainly don’t want a door closing on you. The man walks through the lobby, nodding at the woman at the front desk and then walks to the elevator banks. You hop in with him. He hits the button for floor thirty-four. You close your eyes and recall from the briefing what you know of the various floors.

The fourth floor didn’t technically exist in any of the public plans of the building. This wasn’t unusual for Japanese buildings but there was suspicion that there in fact was a fourth floor that was used for detainment and ****. If Ishikawa was in fact captured, he’d probably be there.

However, your goal wasn’t to free Ishikawa, it was to get the the information you needed from Yoshida’s own safes. Ishikawa had gathered the samples but if he’d been captured, what were the chances he still had them? Slim and none. Perhaps you should just head for floor 77, the penthouse suite of the building and Yoshida’s personal abode. You could figure things out from there. Winging it had always been your forte anyhow.

The elevator dings and the doors start to slide open. There is no more time to think.
