Chapter 18 by Reman Reman

After eating...

He went to the armoury

The food had been better than usual. Bran supposed that it was because of the presence of the royal family, although their company was not as great as the food. Jeoffrey tried really hard to look impressive in front of him and his older brother. Even Hodor would've known that a scrawny prince cannot wrestle a lion.

Tommen fared better. The boy was not as annoying as his brother. He spoke of King's Landing and some other places he'd been on his trip to the North. The conversation would've actually been interesting had own younger brother bombarded the prince with things about Bran's ancestral homeland.

Jon, Rickon and himself were in the armoury getting ready for their practice in the courtyard. Theon and Robb were nowhere to be seen, probably hitting the brothel at this time of day.

With Rickon and Jon ready for practice, they ofered to help with his protective gear but Bran refused.

"Meet us on the courtyard when you're done." Jon said, and with that leaving the Stark alone in the armoury, or so he thought.

"You should tie it less tight on your upper body." He heard a familiar voice call him. He turned around to see Arya standing there with his training sword. He heeded to her advice, even though he didn't recall his sister having any experience with a sword.

"You're wearing something different today." Bran commented.

"Wh-what? Y-you don't like it?" She asked with some worry seeping into her voice.

"No, no." He tries calm his sister. "It fits you... perfectly." And it did indeed. Arya did not have the shapely body of Sansa, but she had some delicate and cute curves. Had he not explored them the night before he'd say that her body had never matured. One could even mistake her for being younger than him.

The dress showed her girly frame more clearly and only made him feel like holding her close to him. The girl smiled shyly after his compliment, the features of her face expressing relief.

"Sorry for last night." He mumbled.

"Sorry? Sorry for what?" She replied, confused.

"Isn't it dangerous when a man... you know..." Bran was having trouble finding appropriate words.

"Aaaaah, that." She began to chuckle and giggle, making Bran feel embarrassed as if he said something stupid.

"Oh Bran, do you know how many of the servants do it like that? You don't see all of them with child, now do you?" She continued.

"Ehmm, no?" He risked an answer. Was his sister lecturing him about how that worked?

"Exactly, and as long as you keep your mouth shut nothing bad will come of it."
