The game's basic rules

When John could see things again, he found himself in a round room. There was a girl on his opposite, sitting in a strange floating device.

"Hello, Mr. John Cartel. Welcome to Lust Island."

John swallowed his saliva: Damn, this girl is so hot.

"Do you want to hear an explanation of the game's basic rules?"

John jumped a bit: "Y...Yes."

"First, please take a look at your ring."

Johnlooked at his hand and found a ring on his finger. He didn't notice how it got there.

"All players will have a ring that allows them to use two keyword spells in the game. The first is 'Book'. By saying the keyword, it will cause a Card Binder to materialize for the player's personal use to stash cards. Saying 'Book' again will cause it to dematerialize.

Now, please call 'Book' ".

"Book."

A book which looked like being made from metal appeared in front of him.

"This book is called Card Binder. It has a total of 100 specified card slots; the goal of the game is to collect and fill these slots with the properly specified cards. There are also a total of 45 unnumbered free slots in the binder for storing 'undesignated' numbered cards."

"And the card you're talking about is..."

"All items that are picked up on the island transform into cards. These items can be materialized into item form again by holding it and saying the second keyword - 'Gain'. Another way to do that is to not place the card in the Card Binder within a minute. After being materialized, it can't return to its card form again.

There is a limit on how many times an item can be transformed into its card form. The item can only be transformed into its card form a certain amount of time. Once that number has been reached no other player can turn that item into a card. The higher the card rank is, the lower its Card Transformations Limit would be."

"Ok. I understood. Book."

"Ah, please wait a minute. There is a message for you. Do you want me to relay it?"

John's heart palpitated: "Yes, please."

The girl pushed a button and a male voice sounded:

"My son, if you hear this, then I have gone to a place very far away. Sorry for not being a good father. I make this game to tell you the story of how I meet your mother. I hope you can enjoy this game."
