You sighed surrendering. "If it's just for two weeks I'll do it."

"That's good to hear." Dr. Moore smiled. "Then I expect you to report for work fully dressed like a female nurse."

You left her office and went back to ward 4, still shocked about everything. How could she expect you to fully dress like a girl for two weeks? But what other choice did you have? Your head still filled with thoughts you continued working, which resulted in a few minor mistakes.

After serving lunch to the patients you and the other nurses were sitting together in the staff room for lunch break. "Alex head not at work." Rin suddenly said. Puzzled, because your thoughts were still on you having to dress like a girl, you looked at her. "Alex head not at work." She repeated. "Alex head away. Where Alex head?"

You hesitated to tell them, but finally you did. "Dr. Moore told me someone complained about my appearance. So from Monday on I have to fully dress up as a girl until my new uniform arrives two weeks from now."

For a few seconds everyone, except Kyleen, looked at you, then they returned to eating.

"I suspected something like that would come." Ward nurse Sandra Lewis said.

"They always slow." Rin added.

"Finally our Alexa is turning into a girl." Amanda joked.

"That's not funny." You protested. "I have to work not only wearing this uniform, but also wear a bra, lipstick, earrings an my hair in a feminine fashion."

"All of these are very important for a girl." Kyleen said without looking at you, she looked at her reflection in her pocket mirror as she freshened up her make-up. It was one of only two times you had heard her talk about anything else than work with Dr. Jackson or ward nurse Sandra, and even that was rare.

"But neither do I want to wear them for two weeks, nor do I have any idea about them."

"You'll see wearing them isn't as bad as you think it is." Amanda said comforting. "And when you need help, I'm sure everyone here would be happy to help you out." You looked around and saw everyone except Kyleen smile at you, she was still focused on touching up her make-up. "How about we do some shopping after work?"
