Being Mindful

After a small meal, Angelo found himself thinking on several things: his family, his girlfriend, and the Abyss. He couldn't just leave the area, it would leave his family ****. He would be too far away to be able to help them if anything happened, even without that in mind, his sister would likely chase him down, making this a moot point. His girlfriend was mostly able to take care of herself, but he wondered if she could really benefit from his powers. When they met she was only level 8, but she leveled up after they beat Robert Cruz for the second time. He wondered if she would have leveled sooner, had she joined his party the first time, or did it not matter and she would have leveled regardless. The Abyss was certainly making life interesting, but far more complicated. He heard his phone's jingle, breaking his thought process for the moment. Hmm, this time it was from Jasmine.

Jasmine: "I just had an interesting conversation with Erin. She asked about what type of relationship we are in. She was curious if we had an open relationship or an exclusive one. I know we haven't really talked about it, but do you have any thoughts on the matter?"

Well, that answered his question about who Erin had been asking about previously. He wondered how far he wanted to take this. Did he even really want an open relationship? He knew his dick wanted more, but he wasn't exactly experienced with relationships to begin with. He thought on this a moment before replying.

Angelo: "Ah, so that is what she was going on about. I guess Erin really did want to get closer to me as you suspected. We have barely started going out and haven't even been on a proper date yet."

He didn't have long to wait before she replied.

Jasmine: "That is true. How about we leave it as an open relationship for now? I do have some rules though. If either of us find a potential to add to the group, we have to run it by the other for approval. They must be approved of before anything may be done, okay?"

He thought that sounded reasonable, but she had reply rather quickly. Was Jasmine already thinking along these lines?

Angelo: "That sounds reasonable. I am okay with that. With that in mind, just so you know, my mother and sister have been getting aggressively familiar with me."

He was an honest person by nature, and knew lying in a relationship was never good. He did know that this could be a problem and didn't want it to get worse in the future.

Jasmine: "I could tell your sister wanted to bone you. But your mom? That is pretty messed up. But I will let that slide for now. Just don't be the one to start anything, okay?"

She was taking this surprisingly well. He hadn't planned to really continue things with his mom, but he knew his dick was likely to get him into trouble sooner or later.

Angelo: "I won't start anything with them. By the way, what are you up to?"

He was trying to get off of that subject. It was making him a little uncomfortable.

Jasmine: "Missing you, working, and debating about telling Erin to fuck your brains out and send me photos."

His eyes widened as he read that. Wait, what? That last part was surprising.

Angelo: "Miss you too. Um, do you really want Erin to do that?"

Apparently she had already anticipated what he was going to reply with.

Jasmine: "I haven't told you, but I have slept with women before, but I won't date them. Women are crazy. Mm, yes, I would like to see her riding you. Those big breasts of hers pressing against your firm chest. Fuck, that would be so hot! ♥♥ Mm, you should expect a visit from her later. Oh, a customer just walked in. I will ttyl, handsome."

This threw his mind for a loop. He really did have an amazing girlfriend, who didn't seem to mind sharing him. Sure there were some rules, but they seemed minor. I guess that means she might sleep with some of the women too? Hmm, this would be a question for another time. Would Erin contact him or would he have enough time to get a little shopping done? He really needed to purchase a simple means of transportation. He would need to make the most of the time spent in illusion barriers if he was going to get stronger, running into people like Robert Cruz or Timothy Bell would likely become more common and that prospect worried him.
