The try and run through the blockade, but it doesn't work

Seeing as they had no way out, Stephen did the best thing he could do, charge the blockade with the van and hope to lose the bandits in the city. It was an okay plan, given the circumstances, but it was unfortunate that the bandits prepared for such an action. While Stephen managed to ram the van through the barricades the bandits set up, they hadn't gotten even a few miles into the city before everything went south. All Stephen could remember was that something exploded, causing the van to fly in the air for a time before crashing into some alleyway.
