She poops her diaper

That final push was powerful enough to start it. A bit came out and stuck out of her in the back of her diaper. She couldn't quit now.

She pushed again, and a lot more came out. It got squished to the back of her diaper, building up and pressuring her from behind. She pushed once again, and suddenly it all came out. She felt the pressuring part expand and grow while her bowels emptied themselves into the white diaper.

She relaxed and realized she'd done it. This was insane. It felt as good as peeing the thing, but much more satisfying and with much more pressure to her butt this time. Then the smell started to rise up.

No matter how much she tried, she could not get over the horrible smell. This was another kind of dirty, a kind she wasn't prepared for. The diaper felt great, but the smell filled the entire office in seconds. She coughed, alerting Sarah and the man she was talking to. She heard them saying goodbye and closing the front door. She ran out of the office and said to Sarah. "You have to change me quickly."
