Yes, it is normal yoga. But Isabel is Isabel.

"Alright girls? Oh... and one more thing..." Isabel said out loud before the first pose was shown. "Do not break pose, no matter what happens. Whoever breaks the pose first, has to do the next pose alone in front of everyone."

The girls didn't say anything to that, they were fine with this. Maybe Isabel wasn't so bad after all?

"Bottomless." She added.

The girls started protesting and turned to Isabel, but that was when the video started with the first pose.

"Pose time! Do not break pose!" Isabel warned, as the girls turned back around to focus on the upcoming pose.

The first pose the video showed them to do, was the downward dog position.

"Put your arms to the mat in front of you" the video said. Isabel followed the girls' movements as they bent forward and put their arms to the floor.
"Keep your toes pointed forward and let your heels sink to the mat."

Just as every girl on the team had taken their downward dog position, Isabel walked amongst them.

"Remember..." she started, as she stopped behind Elly. "Do not break pose!" she warned again. Before she pulled Elly's skirt down during the downward dog pose.

Now, Elly was the one furthest in the back, so her predicament wasn't clear to anyone else. She didn't break her pose, although Isabel could sense her eagerness to pull her skirt back up.

Walking to the girl next to Elly, Isabel sized up Christie, still in the downward dog position...before she looked back to Elly.
