He lifts his right foot off the floor just enough, so he can move it forward and place it across the upper portion of your chest.

You feel Bernard's bare sole as it touches the skin of your chest gently, because he hasn't put much weight in his foot yet.

Resting his right foot gently across your chest like that, he stares down into your eyes with a curious facial expression, and he enlightens you: "You know what ? It's the first time I get to trample a guy under my feet, too."

Now he's standing on your chest with his bare feet, and with his full weight.

With a coy mien, he smiles down at your face, and tells you: "Just tell me when you've had enough of being trampled under my feet, or when you're ready to 'give up'. "
