None, I went commando today

Of all the days to go commando, I had to pick today. If I have to follow this stupid rule of theirs, I'll be left in this waiting room completely naked!

"I'm sorry sir, but we've lost too much expensive gear to theft just in the last week alone so our options are either this or not accept male patients at all" she says, seeming genuinely sorry.

"But... okay listen" I say, my face turning red again as I lean in closer to speak quieter "I cant undress to my underwear because I'm not wearing any" I admit, seeing her blush in response as her eyes flick down to my crotch

"Well sir..." she says hesitantly "IF you cant follow the rule for this appointment, all I can do is reschedule you for another day, let me see what we have" she turns to her computer screen and looks at it for a minute or so "We have an opening in three weeks, does that work?"

Of course not. The deadline for the damn college is in four days. So my options are either strip naked in front of all these people or wait another year before I can start at college.

"Do you have anything I can use to cover myself with? A medical gown or something?" I plead, thinking there has to be a third option. I cant go naked in front of everyone here and have all of them see how small I am, but I literally cant afford to just walk away either.
