Trust exercise

"Okay girls; part of being a cheerleader is being able to trust your teammates to be there for you through the entire routine. So today we will work on building trust so that we can operate more efficiently. Half of you will be blindfolded while the other half of you will talk your partner through a joint routine. Sounds easy, right?" Isabel explained to her attentive audience. "If I call your name, come up and grab a blindfold!"
