A dog

Zoe's heart was racing with the sudden sound, but she was suddenly met with a flash of gold and a rapidly wagging tail. Zoe looked down at the Golden Retriever with big brown eyes and big pink tongue. "Hey there" Zoe said, a big smile forming on her pretty face. "Who do you belong to"? Zoe reached out to pet the dog who proceeded to wag it's tail with delight. Zoe looked around. She couldn't see anyone else around. "Maybe he's lost" she thought.

The dog began sniffing Zoe's trainers with curiosity. "Where's your owner gone to" Zoe asked the dog. He gave a slight bark and headed back into the woods.

"Hey, wait up" Zoe called as she followed the dog into the woods.
