You make 'gains'

Over the next 2 week you do as instructed you take three shakes a day, one with each meal and continue to train.

Over the next 2 weeks you start to notice some gains, you have way more energy, so much energy you decide to up your training. You decide to start squatting everyday, and train twice a day.

You manage to add an extra 60lb to your squat in 2 weeks, its almost like your on steroids, you dont know whats in this stuff but it rocks.

You record your results as detailed and megan brings round more shakes and takes the results you record.

Things are going so good you decide to up your dose to 5 shakes a day, even replacing some of your regular meals with these miracle shakes.

You add another 80lbs to your squat but things start to get weird.

Your nipples start to itch all the time, and you seem to be adding an unusual amount of mass on your ass. You knew your ass would bulk as you rack up the weight but in a month your ass has gone from toned to looking like the perfect bubble butt. This isn't normal you decide to go to the college to get yourself checked out.
