Honestly while I Can say I Understood what the Light was After, this is hardly the best solution.'' Says Garrett.''You've Mentioned this Several Times, Just what exactly is This Light?'' Asks Grant. ''The Light is A Criminal organization that effectively controls Every Supervillain's Actions on Earth. The Light has Seven Leading members. The Head is Vandal savage, He is Supported by Six Powerful and Influential Members. One of Which I won't Name, simply because It Could result in Downfall both Literally, Figuratively, and Politically. But What I will reveal is That at Least half their current Leadership Is behind bars, alongside their Top Enforcers and Henchmen.'' Says Garrett.

''Fair Enough, But what's this I Hear about you creating A Meta-Human Reality TV Show?'' Asks Grant. ''Ah That, Thanks to Wayne Enterprises we have been able to Revolutionise Research and study of the Meta-Gene. With The World as it is now, I Figured the Best Way to Strengthen understanding, would be to create a Live Heroic Reality Show. This Show will Be Nearly Completely Transparent. The Money gained from It will be Dedicated to further study of the Meta-Gene. Already there are several Cast Members, but I won't Reveal their identities yet for Privacy reasons.'' Says Garrett. ''But What is the goals behind it other than study and research. ''We've all seen parody and fan shows for our favorite heroes. But This Will bring a new level of Understanding to what it means to Be A Hero. The Ones who Win The Finale and Rank in the Top Nine, will Be Given their Chance to Join the Meta-Team. Members of this will operate independently from The Justice League, but will work alongside them. There will be Several Guest Judges Each Week. I Will Be one of the Main Judges, Alongside Batman, and Black Canary.'' Says Garrett as He Takes a sip pf his Lemonade.

''But what of People like Beast Boy? Or Non-Powered Heroes like Robin and Batgirl?'' Asks Cat. ''You Know Beast Boy and I Served Together right?'' Asks Garrett. So they created a Clone of him, But the Clone was So Mentally Unstable, That He makes the Joker Look as Sane is he Is Funny. So they tried again, but this time with Only Half-Kryptonian DNA, the other Human half was Luthor's. Now Out of respect for Superboy, I won't Say More than the fact that He has a Very Strained Relationship with His Human Father.'' Says Garrett. 'That's Incredible. However Batgirl will be acting As A Co-Producer Behind the Scenes, and So Too will Zatanna.'' Says Garrett, when Suddenly his Com beeps. ''Hmm, that was unexpected, but I can't ignore it either. Sorry Ms Grant but The League Has Just Called an Emergency Meeting and Those I Can't actively Avoid.'' Says Garrett as He Floats away before Boom-Tubing Away.

Garrett Sat At The League's Table Next To Zatanna and Batman. He Was, When Miss M and Aquaman Entered. ''I Hereby Call This Emergency Meeting of The Justice League To Order. I see that All of the Leaguers Stationed on Earth Are Here, Either In Person or Via Hologram, So Let Us Get Right To It. My Co-Chair Has Urgent News From The Heroes She is Leading On Our Various Missions in Space.'' Says Kaldur. ''Alright, We Have Confirmation. Meta-Human Trafficking On Earth Has Spilled Out Into The Galaxy. On Multiple World's, Meta-Humans Are Being Deployed by the Enemy as Weapons of Mass Destruction. Among Other Things, Their Presence In Space is Undermining Our Efforts to Rebuild Earth and The League's Reputations, After Our Trial on The Planet Rimbor.'' Says Wonder Woman.
