A transmitter

Inside the box was what looked like a white satellite disc apparatus.

I took it out and saw a headset microphone underneath it. I double checked the box to make sure it was at the right address, and could see nothing out of the ordinary. Under the microphone was typed note: This device allows the user to control the mind of another. Aim the disc at the target (the target just needs to be in the general vicinity. There was a diagram of a cone of waves being transmitted from the disc. The range is 500 feet. Once the person receives the mind control waves, the person will be entranced and susceptible to any suggestions and commands the person wearing the headset gives. Once this device is turned off, the person leaves the trance but will act on any commands and suggestions given. Enjoy!
