Paying her debts to her creditors

Lady Tsunade is known by her bravery and wisdom as the Hokage, but she has other less virtuous qualities. In fact, she's quite an addictive gambler, and often she's involved in debts that she cannot paid. That's why she invented a way to escape the payment of her debts, a simple paper which says "I.O.U."

But for Mr. Hasinage, owner of the Konohagakure Machijūtoba Casino, the Hokage has gone too far time. She has to pay her debts, but also be an example of virtue to younger ninjas. So, she will have to endure a harsh lesson. He will take advantage of Lady Tsunade schelude: in about an hour, she will leave the village to visit a nearby allied village, so she won't have any ANBO or guards protecting, making his plan easier to carry out.

Finally, the hour has come, and Mr. Hasinage and his personal ninjas follow Lady Tsunade through her journey to the other village. After a while, they spot a part of the woods adjacent to both villages, leafy enough to carry to plan. That's when they attack Lady Tsunade. She was quite powerful, and almost all the ninjas were defeated before they could submit Lady Tsunade. Defeated, she saw the master of the ninjas coming to where she was, restrained.

"What's the meaning of this?? Do you know who I'm?" Lady Tsunade asks the master

"Indeed, Hokage, we know wo you are, that's why you will pay for your sins" the master says to her

After that, Mr. Hasinage starts to the process of disrobing: he starts to take off Lady Tsunade's clothes.

"Why are you doing??? I will kill you when I get out of this…" Lady Tsunade shouts

"I know, that's why I won't reveal my identity to you" the master says. Mr. Hasinage knows that if he reveals his identity, his fate would be worse even that the one which suffered Pain Nagato. But he doesn't stop there, and continues to disrobe Lady Tsunade, until the Hokage is nude in front of the ninjas. That's when Tsunade feels shame for the very first time in her life: all that ninjas, males, fact that she could recognize especially after seeing the tent that was formed in their pants after her enormous breasts were exposed, are seeing her naked. Tsunade tries to cover up her nude body, but the master of the ninjas stops her.

"No, Lady Tsunade, it's time to pay for your debts. Also you have to be an example to the ninjas of Hidden Leaf Village about gambling, debts, and paying, so you will be the example of what happens when you don't paid your debts: I will take all your clothes as the payment, and your exposure and shame will make other debtors know the shame that they will suffer if they don't pay their debts."

After saying that, the master of the ninjas ties Tsunade naked to a tree, and before leaving the place, he puts a sign that says "Your debts are paid". The ninjas leave finishing their work, but for Lady Tsunade, her embarrassing journey of exposed nudity just begun, with highly probabilities of beign seen naked by anyone of Konohagakure.
