Oracle checked to see who was in the area, and found only one who was there, and could help, the Flash. She got in contact with him and informed him of the situation, and since he was off duty, he suited up, and rushed off to the park to stop the bomb.

As soon as he got there, he saw a note in the middle of the park, which was almost done with construction. The Flash reads the note, "With the security of Fort Knox, you'll be too late, this prophet now will meet her fate.", with the words aligned with one sentence going from the left to the center, looking normal, and the other at a 90 degree angle, from the center going down. The Flash looked it over, trying to think of all the seers they knew that was protected enough where he wouldn't be able to reach them.

He then figured out that the note was talking about Oracle, and the sentences were aligned to show what time the attack would be and there was no way he'd reach her in time with the park being on the opposite side of town, and even if he could, he wasn't cleared to enter. He also knew that there were only three ways to get in, the first was by trying to break in through the emergency exit, which was next to impossible, being cleared to enter, which he wasn't, or by knowing the back up code which would open the door for you. Aside from the Birds of Prey, only Batman, Robin, and Nightwing knew it and weren't willing to tell anyone, or atleast Batman and Nightwing weren't, Robin, or Tim, had already told Betty it, and Poison Ivy, Clayface, Ebon, and Puff were already entering the code and walking into the main room.
