Get back to work

You get back to work giving demos, collecting cards, and working the crowd for the next half hour. All told you collect 27 more cards.

I'm working as hard as I can, but I've only got 120 cards. Is it even going to be possible to get 1000 by the end of the weekend?

Checking the clock on the bottom right corner of the Li-TV display, you see that it's almost 2pm. You're pretty sure that's when Mr. Li said the first buyer was going to show up.

"Debbie," you hear, and looking up you see that Mr. Li has returned, "I trust you are ready to sell Mr. Borgnas on the product?"

"I'm ready," you reply, "When will he be here?"

A third voice, with a mellow Latin American accent, says: "Right about now, I would expect."

You see a man and a woman approach the booth.

It is the man that spoke. He looks to be about 40 years old. He's handsome, and probably about as tall as you in your heels. There is an amused look in his dark brown eyes. He wears a gray pinstripe suit with a burgundy shirt and a solid gray tie. They appear to be of the highest quality.

The woman that accompanies him is a match for him in every way. In her stiletto heels she stands at the same height. Her long hair matches his color closely. Perhaps her dark gray pants suit is a little more conservative than his ensemble.

Brother and sister? Boss and secretary? Husband and wife? You're not sure, but you can immediately see that they're a team.

He sticks out a hand to Mr. Li and says, "Luis Borgnas." They shake each other's hands. He gestures to the woman, "This is my business partner, Maria Vazquez." He turns to you, "And perhaps you will introduce me to this beautiful woman."

Mr. Li says, "This is Debbie Conners, she'll be demonstrating the product for you.

Luis looks deep into your eyes, takes hold of your small hand with the girly pink nails, but instead of shaking it as you expect, he brings it to his lips and kisses the back of it.
