Strange things happen

It was hard for Kara to sit there with THE Cat Grant sitting right before her eyes. Her mind kept wandering through various scenarios in which Cat made her bend to her will. She started to get antsy in her seat as she squirmed uneasily, trying to concentrate on shifting her thoughts to the interview at hand. It was then her reverie was disturbed by Cat herself.

"Kara? Are you feeling well?" Cat inquired, a look of concern written all over her face. "You look flushed, and you seem to be very uncomfortable."

Kara tried to brush it off as best she could. "I guess I'm just nervous" she quickly answered. "I mean, here I am, sitting in the office of one of my personal heroes. You're quite a legend with young girls like me."

Cat smiled, and blushed. "Oh really? I'm your hero? That's so sweet!" she chimed. "I must say I am impressed with your resume. It speaks volumes about you. I also think you're very pretty. Image is everything, you know. You have the qualifications and the looks that will represent me. You're hired."

Kara was totally surprised. She didn't think she stood a chance after the way she acted. "I won't let you down, Miss Grant!" she exclaimed.

"Please, call me Cat" she said. "There's no need for formalities between us as long as no one else is around. You don't mind f I call you Kara, do you?"

"No, not at all, Miss Grant... I mean, Cat" came Kara's reply.

Cat stood up, and walked around the front of her mahogany desk, and leaned against it right in front of Kara. "So Kara, tell me more bout yourself. Do you have a boyfriend?"

"No, I don't. I'm not even sure I'm interested in boys." Kara started to feel a little hot and bothered.

"Not interested in boys? How about girls? Are you interested in girls?" Cat started to feel the same way Kara was feeling, just a little hot and bothered.

"I've had fantasies about girls" Kara admitted.

Cat knew then and there why Kara was behaving awkwardly. "Do you have fantasies about me?"

"Oh Gawd! She knows!" Kara thought to herself. She decided to come clean, and admit it. "Honestly? Yes, I fantasize about you, Miss Grant... I mean Cat."

Cat walked over to her, and held out her hand. "Stand up, Kara."

Kara took her hand, and immediately felt sparks as she rose from her seat. Cat's touch sent shock waves throughout her body. It was undeniable there was something between them.

Cat suddenly pulled Kara into her arms, and kissed her. "I like girls, too" she whispered into Kara's ear in a husky voice. "Take off your clothes for me, and let me see if your body is worthy of me."
