After a recovering from your time with the woman, you gather your things and look at the Pink Bow thing that she gave you. What in the world would you need this bow for? As you look at the bow, Totodile bursts free from his Pokeball and jumps for joy. In confusion you ask him what's going on, but Totodile just keeps jumping for fun. He then jumps into your arms and hugs you. With the small Pokemon snuggling into your chest, you decide to just roll with it like before.
After all of that, the two of you head off to the nearby town, though along the way you have to battle a couple of Pidgeys and Rattatas. Totodile handles most of them without much command from you, so you decide to look up what's up with the Pink Bow. You pull out your Pokegear and type in Pink Bows, but you figure out that you need to be more specific. After a little bit of searching, you eventually find out that the bow boosts the power of Normal-type moves... Somehow. Well neat. You go to grab the bow from your pocket, but you don't find it there. Instead, Totodile has it on his head. You give him a confused look but then if falls off of his head. Totodile looks down at the bow and picks it up and waddles over to you with it. He then holds it up to you as if he wants you to do something. After a couple of seconds, you tie it around his arm, which seems to make him happy. Your Pokemon then runs off to Cherrygrove City with you following suit.
