"Dr. Breedlove talked you through this one?" Dr. Rogers says. Her long-lashed brown eyes open wide and blink twice.

"Yes, ma'am. Doctor," you say. "On the telephone. We put it on speaker so she could listen and give us some coaching. Worked pretty well, but Mary had to rub her clitty. Dr. B listened till Mary and me got off together. She thanked us, and she was breathing pretty heavy when we said goodbye. And afterward I was a little sore from the weight. But we were having trouble with the other position. I mean, doggie is our favorite position, but I can't put weight on my knees and thrust, you know, so this one looked as close as we could get. Dr. B said she'd help us, so that was what today was about."

Dr. Rogers gives you an intense look. "How long ago was that?" she asks. "On the phone?"

"'Bout a week ago, Doctor," you say. "We were really looking forward to getting the other position working."

Dr. Rogers' nostrils flare. She nods, then licks her lips. "I'll have to talk with her," she says. Her chest is rising and falling with deep, fast breaths.

"Doctor?" Mary says. "Do you think you'd be able to help us today?"

Dr. Rogers smiles at your wife. "Yes," she says. "If Doctor Breedlove was planning to help you with that position, then I certainly can. Let's go to a room with the right furniture."

"Bless you, Doctor," Mary says. "We're so grateful."

You lean on your cane and stand up. You and Mary follow Dr. Fawn Rogers down a hall, her butt swinging teasingly under the tail of her white doctor's coat. Dr. Rogers ushers you into a room and closes the door behind you.

Among other furniture that looks designed for therapeutic exercise, there's a sturdy chair and table on a no-slip rubber mat. The chair has drop arms, so you can have them either up or down, whichever works better. There's a clothes bar and some hooks in one corner.

"Would you like me to leave the room while you undress?" Dr. Rogers says.

"No, that's all right, Doctor," Mary says.
