Scenario!

You figure seeing as your spending quite a pretty penny (no pun intended) on this you might as well and opt for the scenario option. You complete your order and than wait, a couple weeks pass, and then you hear a knock at your door. When you open it, there’s no one there, but there is a small envelope. Inside the envelope is a a key, and an address. It only takes a minute to punch the address into your phone and you quickly make your way to you car and drive.

Soon enough you hear the beep saying that you’ve reached your destination. In front of you is a two story house that looks like it’s seen better days. In fact it looks like it should have been condemned. An old chain link fence surrounds it, the front yard is full of dead grass and weeds, the windows are dusty and boarded up, blocking all the view inside.

You begin to wonder if you’ve made a grave mistake, however hope and thoughts of what could wait inside make you get out of the car and walk over to the house. There a padlock on the front front of the opening, but you pull out the key, and are relieved when the key slides into the padlock and you walk through the front yard of the house to the front door and key opens the front door as you walk inside.

...and what you find behind the door is a surprise to say the least.
