The girls are fresh and ready, where are the boys?

"That's sweet, Bernie," Veevee said. Her son's girlfriend was toweling her off after their shower, patting the water away from her back and buttocks. "You have a nice touch."

"My mom used to be a massage therapist," Bernie said. "She taught me. And sometimes we shower together." Bernie patted the soft towel between Veevee's buttocks and then between her legs.

A few minutes later, they were dry and dressed and continuing their chat about Bernie's mom.

Veevee walked to the upstairs hall bathroom. The sounds of falling water and Lil's voice humming a Billy Royce tune were audible.

"Come on down when you're done," Veevee said. "All right, Miss Bernstein, let's go collect the boys."

Gary and Hank weren't upstairs. They weren't in the house downstairs.

"Did they go somewhere?" Bernie asked.

"Cars are still here," Veevee said. "Not unless they went for a walk around the block."

"Maybe they're still in the outside shower?" Bernie said.

Veevee and Bernie went out back toward the sauna and the outside shower. Veevee's face lit up with a wicked grin. "I hear something," she whispered to Bernie. "Let's sneak up on the boys." Bernie's eyes widened.
