S&M Dungeon

An S&M dungeon with nothing but walls, lights in the ceiling, and no windows. It must be a basement. Looking at one of the walls of room, Naruto could see shelves and wall hooks with all manner of sex toys and instruments on them, along with several kinds of bondage furniture and equipment. One being a bed with several restraints on it. Right now, he found himself tied to a standing wooden beam spread eagle.

"What's going on? The last thing I remember was one of my pranks going wrong, running back to my apartment, and… someone saying something." Naruto said, trying to remember how he ended up in this situation.

Before he could think more on the matter, a door opened and watched as Anko entered with a grin on her face as she closed the door behind her.

"Well, well, well. Look who's finally awake. It's about time, gaki." Anko stated, walking up to the bound blond.

"Anko? What's going on here?" Naruto asked, making Anko gain an angry look.

"You mean you don't remember? How you dumped a bucket of orange paint on me? How you ruined my favorite dango? How you fucking humiliated me with that damned prank of your?! You don't remember all that?!" Anko yelled, making Naruto remember what happened earlier and started sweating.

"Anko, I am so, so very sorry for that! None of that was supposed to happen, I swear! It was all an accident!" Naruto exclaimed, hoping his apology would convince the snake woman to set him free.

"It's too fucking late for sorry, gaki! What's done is done!" Anko yelled before she smirked sinisterly. "Now, you're gonna pay the price for it. I'm gonna punish you in every way I can think of until I say when you've learned your lesson. Now, let's get started."

Naruto watched as Anko took a few steps back and grabbed her trench coat and pulled it off with a flourish. What she revealed to have been wearing underneath made Naruto pale. Anko now wore a black leather dominatrix outfit consisting of a corset, opera-length gloves, briefs, and thigh-length boots.

Anko grinned maliciously as she walked up to the bound blond once again, making Naruto start sweating at what she was about to do. Anko slowly walked around him while looking him up and down, contemplating what all she was going to do to Naruto.

"You've been a bad, bad boy, gaki." Anko stated, making Naruto shake his head.

"No! No! No! Anko, please! You got to- SLAP! Augh!" Naruto yelled after getting slapped by Anko.

"Call me mistress you little bitch." Anko said angrily.

"Mistress, you got to understand it was an accident. So please, let me go." Naruto begged, making Anko grin.

"I don't think so, gaki. That was not very nice what you did. You dropped your paint balloons on me and completely ruined my day. In fact, it was down right naughty." Anko said before grabbing the waistband of his boxers. "You know what? It's not fair that both of us are wearing clothes. Let's change that. Time to lose the boxers."

Upon hearing that, Naruto worried that Anko was going to learn his most embarrassing secret and he didn't want that. However, before Naruto could say anything, Anko tightened her grip on his boxers and- RIP! Tore his boxers off like they were nothing but paper, shocking the blond.

"Hey!" Naruto exclaimed in distress, looking down at his now exposed manhood and trying to close his legs to hide it, but couldn't.

"Awwww, they're just a pair of boxers." Anko said, before looking between Naruto's legs, only to be surprised by what she found. "Oh my Kami… it's so tiny! Ahahahah!"

Anko laughed as she found that hanging between his legs was a two inch dick and a small pair of balls. With his secret revealed, Naruto was blushing in complete embarrassment.
