"Since you've met my terms, we can get started on making your new outfits," you began. "First, you'll need to pick a color." You motioned to MPAD-24 and brought up the color selection options from the menu. "Also, do you want just the skirt, or also tops as well" As you turned to look back, you noticed that both sisters had already removed their skimpy tops. "Well then, skirts and tops for each of you."

Onyx went first, and selected black for her color. You activated the MatGen and soon it had produced two black resizeable bands. Both sisters looked at the items suspiciously. "Don't worry," you said. "I'll resize them to fit." Next, Raven chose a deep shade of purple, and you activated the machine again. While it ran, you began working one of the black bands in your hands, steadily increasing its dimensions. Before you were done, the machine had produced the two purple bands for Raven. "Give me a few moments, and I'll get these expanded."

"Can Raven help?" asked the younger sister.

"Here, you can try it," you offered. "Just roll it between your fingers like this"

Raven tried, but nothing happened. "Not work," she said, looking perplexed.

"Raven stupid," accused her older sister. "Onyx show how," she continued and grabbed the second black band. However, Onyx wasn't able to adjust it either. From looking at her finger movements, it should have done something.

"MPAD-24, is there a reason why the Onyx and Raven can't adjust these?" you asked.

The robot replied, "Active sizing is keyed to creator of the item. These bands will only resize for Sky."

"That means I'll have to make all the adjustments," you acknowledged. "Let's try to get them sized the way you like so you don't have to come back for further alterations."

By now you had the first band expanded and helped Onyx put it over her arms and shoulders. Due to her smaller breasts, it didn't take nearly as much expanding as Belle's had required, and soon Onyx's tube top was in place. It covered most of the way from the bottom to the top of her boobs, only leaving a small bit of cleavage peaking from the top. However, Onyx wasn't satisfied with the size. "Too big!" she complained. "Make smaller" After some adjustments, you reduced the vertical dimension so the upper portion of her breasts became exposed until she was finally happy with the result.

Next, you had her step into the skirt, and then lifted it and made some final adjustments. With her smaller frame, the hemline was a few inches below her crotch, safely putting it into the micro skirt category. However, once again, Onyx was not happy with it. "Too long!" she objected. You adjusted it until she was satisfied. The final length just barely covered her crotch, resulting it another nano skirt similar to Belle's. However, looking in the mirror, the lower part of Onyx's buttocks didn't hang out nearly as far below the hem as Belle's had. That wasn't surprising since Onyx's rump was smaller and firmer than Belle's.

To her credit, Raven had waited very patiently while you fitted Onyx's new outfit. While you turned your attention to expanding Raven's bands, Onyx started posing and looking at her reflection on the mirror wall. Soon you were ready to fit Raven's top. After slipping it over her arms and shoulders, you began to adjust it to be a similar size to Onyx's.

"I want mine smaller," Raven requested.

"OK, show me how you'd like it adjusted" you replied.

Raven held up her fingers near hear nipples, indicating a size that was little more than a belt-sized strap that would just barely cover them.

You raised you eyebrows and asked, "Are you sure?" She nodded emphatically. "Alright, but I'm not sure if it will stay in place." You reduced the vertical size significantly until Raven finally liked the result. Despite her smaller breasts, the tiny strap around them squeezed them together, greatly enhancing her cleavage. No wonder she liked it. You did too.

Finally, you helped her into the skirt. It was no surprise that Raven requested it be shorter too. However, you were surprised when the hemline reached her crotch and she still demanded that it be even shorter. As you gradually reduced the length, Raven kept requesting "Shorter! Shorter!", until finally you reached her desired length. Stepping back, you observed the result. On Earth, a skirt this short was known as a pico, or "Peak-Oh" which was a specific brand name for them. When they were originally introduced sometime during the mid-21st century, skirts this short were considered to be quite scandalous, and they were required to be worn with an undergarment in most situations. However, by the mid-22nd century, dress codes in most cultures had relaxed sufficiently that such garments were eventually considered quite chic and stylish. Now in the early 23rd century they were actually considered to be somewhat old fashioned.

On Raven, the pico skirt looked incredibly sexy, and wearing it without underwear made it look even hotter. Her tiny outfit reminded you of something high class pornstars or supermodels might wear for their publicity shoots.

After seeing how good her sister looked in the outfit, Onyx requested further alterations to make her own outfit more revealing, but you had to decline. "I'm sorry, but I'm out of time. I need to discuss some things with the Captain before today's ceremony." Despite Onyx's protests, you finally managed to get them to leave, and you headed to see the Captain.
