For me, it didn't do much for my premonitions, but it did let me make things levitate, sort of like being on an invisible table or rack, but don't feel anything, Piper can freeze specific parts of the body, which is why you're still up, and why you can't move your arms or legs right now." Phoebe told him, which caused him to try to move them, but they acted like they were chained down, "Also she can cause things to vibrate, supposedly something to do with a lesser version of her exploding capabilities with molecular something or other, some science geek we fucked said it, didn't really care though."
