Gwen saves your life... Not that you really want to keep living after

"Let me finish this bastard and then we can go home," The ninja woman then moves to attack you with her knives when her friend stops her.

"Wait! Lea, just a second." Gwen moves to you, and looks you in the eye. You can see the presence of her friend has breathed some life back into her, but you can't maintain eye contact very long. "How many people have you killed?" Her question briefly startles you, and you think back to the madman, way back when it all began.

"One is too many, but he was hardly a person anymore when he died." She moved a step closer and used a hand on your cheek to make eye contact again.

"And I was the first one you . . . took?" You see her friend, Lea, bristle with rage, but Gwen has placed herself squarely between you two. Once again, you can only take so much eye contact, and are **** to break from her touch.

"Yes," you reply solemnly, and with great regret. Gwen turns to face her friend. You feel prepared for the sweet embrace of ****, since nothing could possibly hurt worse than your self-loathing at the moment. Then you get the shock of your life.

"We're taking him with us." Your reaction is a dropped jaw, and a surprised expression, and Lea's is only slightly worse, with a long stream of violent expressions. directed at both you and Gwen. Gwen explains her logic with the fact that you might be an asshole, but you are the only male they have ever seen to show remorse for anything, and when you recognized danger was nearby you came back for her. "Besides, I want the father of my first child to stick around a little longer." She catches your eye once more. "My period has been perfectly regular since I was twelve. Today is the worst possible day for me, and I am 100% sure you got me pregnant." You hang your head in shame yet again.

"After telling me something like that... If you really want me to come along..." You suddenly realize that neither of them know your name. "I'm Alex.... and I'm yours."

Lea shoots the both of you a **** glare, then sighs heavily. "Fine, you two do what you want, but I have two rules." She stares both of you down "It's still my way or the highway. And." She puts all of her focus on you then. "And if you touch her without consent again, or touch me at all, I will slit your throat like the pig you are!"

Lea turns and walks away, presumably to wherever home is. Gwen then follows. Without much other options, you leave with the pair to your new home, and a very uncertain future.
