Mike...

Mike went out of the sauna and back to the change room to get into his gym gear again. Upon exit he saw Nicole in her bright, skin tight gym clothes going to her lesson. Kylie was nowhere to be seen so he walked into the weights room.

On the bench press was a well built guy, lifting more than Mike could possibly dream of lifting. On the free weights was an older woman and over on the rowing machine was a younger woman, possibly in her early 20s. She had short red hair, green eyes and a white singlet on, matching with her black trackpants.

Mike went over to the shoulder press next to her. He smiled at her but she remained focused on the rowing. With that, Mike started to use the press with a bit of a strain in each repetition. The woman stopped rowing and looked at Mike. This time he was focused and she just watched.

"You're doing it wrong." She said. Mike stopped.
