Somewhere...unpleasant

Still blindfolded and seeing only pure black, you listen as Ashley opens up the rear passenger side door, pulls the blanket off you, and gets to work untying your legs. Under her instruction, and with a hand on you at all times, you get of the car and start walking. Blindfolded and with hands secured behind your back, you fear that you will crash into a wall at any moment, but have little choice but to let Ashley lead you.

Ashley directs you step by step through a doorway and then down a long flight of stairs. Despite feeling like you will trip head over heels at any moment, Ashley guides you safely down the stairs and to your final destination. You feel a noticeable drop in temperature and conclude that you must be in a basement of some kind, probably residential. Ashley's house would be the logical guess, but you weren't really sure what resources she had at her disposal. Maybe she had stashed you at a friend or relative's house.

Ashley orders you to take a seat and you find yourself in a padded chair of some kind. You feel two wide straps crossing your naked torso, and hear the sound of the straps rubbing against themselves as they are tightened. Next Ashley turns to your legs, with two straps crossing the thigh and two more crossing the shin, each leg secured individually.

When the rope around your wrists is finally removed next, you take turns rubbing each wrist with the opposite hand, trying to work some blood flow back into your extremities. Man that rope was tight.

The moment is cut short as you feel something slip around your wrist. Instinctually you try to pull away. A second later and you feel something cool tapping against your face.

"Play nice now baby, or I'm going to slap you hard with this paddle, do you understand me?"

Ashley taps the implement against your face again for emphasis. You stop struggling and allow Ashley to take a hold of your wrist, fastening some type of leather cuff before repeating this on your left wrist.

You feel one hand lifted up above your head and secured there, and then the other. Your arms almost fully extended above you, but not to the point of strain.

Her property now well-secured, Ashley removes your ball gag and finally the blindfold.

"Ashley...,"

"Nuh-uh-uh!" she cuts you off, a finger pressed softly to your lips, "Remember who's in charge here."

You feel ready to break down sobbing. Ashley had you right where she wanted you, and no escape was in sight.

Perhaps seeing a tear in your eye, Ashley speaks again, "I promise if you are good little girl for me, I won't be too hard on you, okay? I might even reward you. It's simple Doug. You can earn my trust by doing as I say, and in turn I will allow you more privileges and more freedom."

For a moment the sadistic qualities seemed to fade from Ashley's voice and she spoke in a very business-like manner.

"But right now, its time to begin your training."
