Pink with hearts

Mr. Mxyzptlk had a first idea of what to change. Seeing supergirl hovering there, so confident, so superior, so damn smug inspired it. He cracked his fingers, then wiggled them in super girl's direction. A bit of sparkles emerged. Mxyzptlk grinned, knowing that the change had occurred. His power over reality was complete, and if he wanted something changed, it changed.

Supergirl stood for a moment longer, basking in the attention of her adoring public. Then, she raised her hands, flying up into the air. Everyone around watched as she took off. Once she was overhead though, everyone below her began laughing.

"Who would've thought it?" A man laughed. "Pink with hearts?"

"Not the smartest underwear for someone flying around!" His wife snickered. They had noticed what Mxyzptlk had changed. He'd altered what was under Supergirl's skirt. Instead of red full cut leotard bottoms, she now had on pink lacy panties with hearts on them! Mxyzptlk watched her, chuckling to himself as he flew behind her. The best part was, Supergirl had no idea about her embarrassing underwear swap, and flew around unknowingly, flashing silly panties at the city below!
