eager for your first day

As you walk up to the reception desk you feel a lot less nervous than this time yesterday, you practically have a spring in your step.

Hearing you approach, the receptionist looks up and gives you the same winning smile.

"Good Morning Alex, Antonne told me...I'm sorry, Mr. Brown told me that you had been hired. Don't worry, I'm sure you can handle him. We weren't properly introduced yesterday, I'm Vanessa".

God, she looks so good again, she's got one less button done up today, shit she's finished talking.

"Hi Vanessa, you uhmm...look very nice today".

"Well...thank you Alex" Her smile takes on a hint of condescension.

"Shall I show you to your new office?"

"Ok".

Real smooth alex, now she thinks you're an idiot.

Vanessa leads you down a few halls making idle small talk until you reach a door. You are amazed to find it has your name on it. A small plaque in the centre reads 'ALEX JONES - P.A to MR. BROWN'.

"I'll leave you here then" and she's already gone. You can't help but check out her ass as she walks away.
