Ask for time to think about it

Who knows, maybe if I wait, something better will pop up."

Khayone nods. "Take some time to think it over." he says, "But know that the marriage offer may not last long. Dusty has been thinking about taking it as well." Dusty is a member of your pack and is only a year older than you. Last you knew, he was dating a human, so this is a surprise.

"And the Red Fang pack may not wait long either." he continues, pulling you out of your thoughts, "This may be our only chance to stop a pack war from breaking out. You know how bad the fighting over our river has gotten. If we do take their offer, no blood needs to be shed. But please think it over. I'll be by at the end of the week if you haven't approached me by then."
